With Wapp’s Cloud ERP, every step of daily operations changed. In the warehouse, products are now registered with barcodes, photos, and full specifications, while receipts, stock counts, and movements are tracked automatically. Supplier orders are executed with a few clicks, providing the group with a clear real-time view of inventory.

At the cash registers, the sales process became faster and more flexible. Employees can issue receipts and invoices immediately, either via scanner or manually, while customers can pay with a combination of cash and card in the same transaction.

Compliance with legislation also became straightforward. Through integration with the myDATA platform and the electronic invoicing provider, all documents are automatically sent to the Greek tax authorities (A.A.D.E.), without delays or errors.

All banks’ EFT/POS systems are fully integrated into the ERP, allowing automatic payment recording. With certification from A.A.D.E. and payment providers, every transaction is completely secure and reliable.

For management, the ability to assign multiple users with different roles proved crucial. Each employee has their own register, while performance statistics provide valuable insight into daily operations and team productivity. Additionally, a dedicated user was created for Gruppo Mossialos’ accounting department, allowing immediate, real-time access to all issued documents and payments, ensuring better oversight of the company’s finances.

Finally, with the integrated analytics tools, data is transformed into useful information. Charts, pie graphs, and dynamic filters give management the ability to analyze sales and results in depth, enabling informed decisions based on real data.
