Wapp undertook the development of Schott NYC's online store in Greece and the implementation of cloud ERP, bringing the historic brand closer to the Greek audience. The eshop supports full management of categories and subcategories, allowing easy organization of the product catalog. Each product can have multiple options such as size, color, or material, and all these options are displayed dynamically on the product page, providing users with a complete browsing experience.

Different pricing based on product attributes
The system allows setting different prices depending on the options selected by the user. For example, a Large size product can have a different price from an XLarge. This enables full flexibility in pricing and supports complex product catalogs without requiring additional management.

Smart product filters
Product filters are fully customizable and allow users to filter products based on criteria such as category, price, size, color, or available stock. Search results update dynamically, offering users a fast and user-friendly browsing experience.

Eshop loading speed was a top priority, with optimizations at both the application and server level, ensuring fast navigation and higher order completion rates. Additionally, SEO optimization was applied to every page and product: titles, descriptions, metadata, keywords, and optimized images make the eshop fully search engine-friendly, boosting organic traffic.

Order and Customer Management
The platform allows full management of orders, customers, and purchase history. Administrators can apply bulk discounts, create coupons or gift cards, and monitor the status of each order in real time. These tools provide flexibility and automation in managing the online store.

The ERP functions as a unified application core, sharing the same database with both the eshop and the physical store, effectively creating a single integrated system that connects all sales channels.

Through the ERP, real-time synchronization of sales, prices, and inventory is achieved, ensuring uninterrupted communication between systems and preventing delays, errors, or security issues. Inventory updates occur instantly from physical stores to the eshop and vice versa, guaranteeing that customers always see accurate stock levels and pricing.
