Cloud ERP with integrated eshop
The company Pass Anatomic, based in Athens, has been active in the footwear sector since 1970, starting with shoe manufacturing and gradually evolving into a reference point for the sale of shoes and leather goods. In 2010, the first Pass Anatomic physical store was opened on Charilaou Trikoupi Street in Athens, later expanding with stores in Pangrati and Panepistimiou, offering branded anatomical shoes for men and women. Currently, the company operates 4 physical stores and 1 online store.
Wapp undertook the development of the new Pass Anatomic eshop and the implementation of the Wapp cloud ERP as a unified system, ensuring the full automation of key operations. Through the ERP, real-time updates are provided for inventory, prices, orders, and invoices, while certified integration was set up with myDATA, electronic invoicing providers, and EFT/POS systems of all banks. Additionally, integration with the Skroutz marketplace was implemented, allowing centralized management of products and orders from a single point.
For promoting the online store, Wapp designed and executed targeted campaigns on Google and Meta, strategically aimed at increasing sales and strengthening the brand. On Google Ads, tools such as Shopping Ads and Performance Max were utilized, while on Meta, Advantage+ and Sales Campaigns were implemented, achieving high efficiency and measurable results in Pass Anatomic’s digital presence.

One system for everything
Pass Anatomic, based in Athens, is a prime example of a business that needed to seamlessly connect the presence of its physical stores with the growth of its e-commerce operations. With four stores and a continuously expanding eshop, the need for a unified technical infrastructure became imperative. Wapp undertook this integration by implementing its cloud ERP and designing the group's new online store from scratch.
Today, the cloud ERP functions as the central platform for the entire business, linking warehouses, stores, and the eshop into a single system. Within this environment, prices, quantities, product allocations, sales, and all critical operational information are managed. The online store is updated in real time regarding stock availability, and every sale, whether online or offline, immediately impacts inventory levels and product visibility. Products are accurately depleted, automatically removed when out of stock, and in cases of simultaneous sales, the system notifies the manager to determine priority. Additionally, the ability to create products before they are received ensures that the eshop is always up to date and ready to offer them as soon as they arrive in the warehouse, while orders are automatically accompanied by the corresponding tax documents.

Online promotion of the company
Beyond integration with the physical stores, the eshop can expand its commercial presence to marketplaces such as Skroutz, using the ERP as a central tool for managing inventory and products. This allows the business to access an additional sales channel without losing control over stock levels and availability.
At the same time, Wapp has also handled the promotion of the online store through targeted campaigns on Google and Meta, focusing both on increasing sales and strengthening the brand. On Google, tools such as Shopping Ads and Performance Max are used to dynamically showcase products to consumers searching for relevant categories, while in the Meta ecosystem, Advantage+ and Sales Campaigns run to maximize conversions and enhance the business’s presence on Facebook and Instagram.
