Luxury villa in Rhodes
Built in 2023, the brand-new luxury villa with a pool, Casa Palmera, located in Rhodes, is the perfect accommodation for couples, families, or groups of friends.
We designed the villa’s complete corporate identity, including the logo, brochures, letterheads, and signage icons. Additionally, we developed the villa’s website to showcase its features, services, and facilities, while providing visitors with the option to make online reservations.

Logo design
For the Casa Palmera villa, we completely designed its corporate identity. The main idea for the villa's logo design was based on 2 key axes.
- The luxury - relaxation duality, which the logo needed to convey, as per the client’s suggestion
- The incorporation of the palm tree as a depiction of the brand name “Casa Palmera” as the main element of the logo
Based on this concept, we designed a symbol (logomark) using the palm leaf as a pattern that symbolizes absolute relaxation. We isolated this specific part of the palm, which points downward (arrows), and it represents the Casa Palmera brand.

Typography
For the Casa Palmera logo and corporate identity, a typeface was chosen to convey a handcrafted aesthetic, evoking the authenticity and luxury of the brand.
The distinctive design of the typeface combines curves with geometric balance, enhancing the sense of authenticity and uniqueness – two key characteristics of the experience offered by the villa.

User Experience & SEO
The Casa Palmera website was developed with a focus on user-friendliness and functionality, aiming to present the villa, its services, and facilities in a clear and attractive way.
Visitors can easily explore the property through rich photographic content, check availability, and proceed with online booking via a simple and fast process. Additionally, a contact form is provided for any further information or requests.
Special attention was also given to SEO, with the website automatically sending all necessary metadata to search engines through the content management system. This ensures proper indexing, visibility in search results, and organic traffic.

Mobile-first website design
Following the guidelines of the new corporate identity, a fully responsive experience was created, functional on every device and resolution.
