pharmacy2go.gr, one of the largest online pharmacies in Greece, offers its customers a vast range of products and services with reliability, speed, and excellent service as its core principles. To further enhance the customer experience and improve the company’s internal operations, it collaborated with Wapp to create a web application that connects directly to the company’s ERP system via API.

The new application was designed to address two main needs:

• to provide customers with instant updates on the progress of their orders
• to give the eshop administrators full visibility on product availability and their expected delivery dates.

For customers, a special form was created through which they can easily enter their order code and email and receive immediate updates on its current status, the estimated delivery time, and the shipping progress, through the integration with AfterShip via API.

At the same time, with every status change, customers receive personalized emails, styled in pharmacy2go’s brand colors, with clear and direct information.

For eshop administrators, the application provides essential tools. In real time, it displays the availability of products included in each order, giving them the ability to set an estimated receipt date for out-of-stock items.

Additionally, the application supports the creation of package codes, enabling logistics partners to know exactly on which shelf and in which area the order to be collected is located.

With this application, Wapp contributed to strengthening transparency and trust between pharmacy2go and its customers, while also improving the efficiency and organization of the management team. This is a project that combines excellent UX design, smart API utilization, and full integration with the company’s ERP, upgrading both the shopping experience and the daily operations of the online pharmacy.
