For Laboratoire Native Hellas, the Wapp team designed and developed a comprehensive web application for staff organization and information, combining functionality and usability in a modern digital tool.

The application takes the form of a “booking portal” and integrates an interactive calendar through which the visits of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to pharmacies are organized. The system provides different access levels for administrators (admins), pharmacy managers (REPs), and Beauty Advisors (BAs), allowing each user to view and manage only the information relevant to them. Thus, the admin has a complete overview of all appointments, REPs can organize visits to the pharmacies they manage, while Beauty Advisors see their personal schedule in real time.

In this way, the company can coordinate the presence of Beauty Advisors in partner pharmacies quickly and efficiently, ensuring immediacy and clarity in communication. At the same time, the tool has been designed using the latest Progressive Web Application (PWA) technologies, offering an app-like experience on mobile, tablet, or desktop without requiring installation from the App Store or Google Play.
