Wapp undertook, on behalf of Vikos S.A., one of the largest Greek companies, the design and development of a next-generation web application to support and modernize the company’s supply chain.

The application was implemented as a Progressive Web Application (PWA), offering the convenience of a web app with the user experience of a native app on mobiles, tablets, and computers, without requiring installation via the App Store or Google Play.

Main features:

• Role-based user access (Vikos, customers, suppliers) with personalized tools.
• Management of customers, suppliers, and products, with the ability to link suppliers to specific customers.
• Smart ordering system with personalized product sorting per customer and easy creation of new orders.
• Automatic application of offers and gifts based on criteria (quantity, order value).
• Real-time updates via email, SMS, and in-app notifications for new orders, status changes, and completed deliveries.
• Advanced statistics system for Vikos with detailed insights per product, customer, and supplier.

Technical features:

The application operates in real time, ensuring instant updates for all actions, comparable to the most modern platforms. Users can install it on their devices and use it as if it were a native application, while enjoying all the benefits of web technology.

With this project, Vikos S.A. acquired a complete tool that improves the daily operation of its supply chain, ensures better control, and strengthens collaboration with customers and suppliers.
