We are looking for a person with a creative mindset and attention to the details that make a difference in Marketing. Someone who will join Wapp’s Marketing team and actively contribute to the design and implementation of our overall strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily Google Ads campaigns, as well as creating and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, they will handle social media management and coordinate newsletter campaigns.
Comfort with statistical analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for campaign performance is essential.
Desired Skills
- Degree in Marketing or a related field (or proven experience in the industry).
- 2–3 years of experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics.
- Google Ads Certification (considered a strong plus).
- Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in online advertising and e-commerce.
- Ability to understand performance metrics and work toward goals.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a high-volume e-commerce environment (in-house or agency) will be considered a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- Planning and execution of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Management and coordination of social media channels for both the company and clients.
- Sending and monitoring newsletter, SMS, and Viber campaigns.
- Analysis of ad performance, keywords, creatives, and audience segments.
- Campaign budget management, cost estimation, and discrepancy control.
- Creation of statistical reports and evaluation of results for continuous optimization.
- Collaboration with the Marketing team for strategic planning and campaign adjustments.
- Monitoring new trends, tools, and best practices in Digital Marketing.
