From July 1, 2025, the Digital Customer Register becomes mandatory for all businesses related to the vehicle sector. Specifically, the businesses required to maintain a digital customer register include:

  • vehicle repair shops
  • body shops
  • parking facilities
  • car washes
  • car and motorcycle rental companies
